Q: How do I know if I should contact SCPI?
A: No matter what your situation is, always feel free to contact us. We are open to discussing your situation. If you feel threatened or frightened, or if there are children involved in the situation, we will take measures and do what we can to make your case a priority. It it is important to everyone on the team that we help the community with answers concerning hauntings and other paranormal activity.

Q: How does an investigation work?
A: The following are the steps that SCPI will take to help a client:

1) The client contacts SCPI through e-mail or by talking to one of the members.
2) An initial contact will be made by our Case Specialist by phone. This will be an interview to help determine details of the case and the need of an investigation.
3) If the case specialist determines that an investigation is warranted, then we will work with the client to determine when we will schedule the face-to-face interview. The face-to-face interview gives the client a chance to show SCPI members where the activity is occuring and talk about details of the activity.
4) An investigation will be schedule according to the needs of the client.
5) To prepare for the investigation, SCPI team members will start research based on information given at the interviews.
6) We will then conduct the investigation and depending on evidence that is or is not found, we may schedule additional investigations.
7) We will review the video footage, photos, audio , recorded readings from equipment and personal experiences from the investigation(s) for evidence.
8) SCPI will then present information and any evidence found concerning the case to the client. We will then determine, with the client, if the case should be closed or if further invesigations are warranted or if other specialists should be contacted.
